Definitions and Introduction

In this document, "mcw loging", "platform", "we", or "organization" refers to the entity operating the mcw loging services. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any person who accesses, registers on, or uses any service on this site.

"Services" refers to mcw loging's website, mobile application, casino games, sports betting, and other related features. "Account" refers to a registered member's personal profile through which they use the platform's services.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

To create an account on mcw loging and use any of its services, a user must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age (for ages 21+).
• Must use the services voluntarily and in a sound mental state.
• Accounts may not be operated on behalf of or in the name of a third party.
• Only one account is allowed per person.
• It is entirely the user's own responsibility to comply with applicable local laws.

For age verification purposes, mcw loging may request identification documents or proof of age from a member at any time. Attempts by minors to open an account are strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately.

Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on mcw loging, accurate and complete information must be provided. The following details are mandatory at the time of registration:

• Full name (matching the national identity card)
• Valid mobile number
• Active email address
• Date of birth
• Strong password

3.2 Account Security

It is solely the member's responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. No other person may be allowed to use the account. The password should not be shared with anyone, and changing it regularly is advisable.

If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, the mcw loging support team must be notified immediately. The platform will not be responsible for any loss resulting from negligence.

3.3 Identity Verification

mcw loging reserves the right to verify a member's identity and information at any time. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time after a verification request, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following methods may be used to make deposits on mcw loging: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the member's own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited, and mcw loging reserves the right to reject such transactions and close the account.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing generally takes 5 to 30 minutes.

The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be submitted. If not verified, the withdrawal process may be delayed. Applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Transaction Security

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will add a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳3,000. To withdraw bonus funds, wagering of 25 times the bonus amount is required — that is, ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.

A bonus is given only for the purpose for which it is announced. Bonus funds should never be considered as direct cash.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

If all bonus-related terms are not met, mcw loging reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Attempting to take advantage of bonuses using multiple accounts or a VPN is prohibited.

• Each member may participate in each promotion only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• mcw loging reserves the right to withdraw any bonus.
• mcw loging may change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Cashback

Members under the VIP program receive weekly cashback. Cashback rates range from 0.2% to 0.8%, from the Bronze level up to the Diamond level. Cashback is calculated on weekly net losses. Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

Only a successfully placed bet will be considered a valid bet. A bet for which no confirmation has been received is not accepted. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.

6.2 Result Determination

For sports betting, results are determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports authority. For casino games, the game software result is final. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the mcw loging authority will be considered final.

6.3 Event Cancellation and Changes

If a sports event is cancelled or goes beyond the scheduled time, the stake of the related bet will be returned to the member's account. For partially completed matches, separate rules may apply, and mcw loging's decision on such matters will be final.

6.4 Multiple Bets and Multi-Bets

Multiple bets may be placed on different outcomes within a single event, but placing multi-bets on mutually dependent selections is prohibited. Deliberately creating low-risk combinations to exploit the system is a violation of the betting policy.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcw loging platform:

• Creating an account using someone else's identity or by providing false information.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other automation tools.
• Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorized access to the system.
• Conducting transactions through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Using another member's account or information.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform without reporting it.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address.
• Creating artificial bets for the purpose of bonus abuse.

Violating these prohibitions will result in the immediate closure of the account, and all funds held in the account may be forfeited.

Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. After the request is received, all pending transactions will be completed before the account is closed, and any remaining balance will be returned.

8.2 Closure for Breach of Terms

If a member violates these terms and conditions, engages in irregular activity, or attempts fraud, mcw loging reserves the right to close the account without prior notice. In such cases, the balance held in the account may be forfeited.

8.3 Temporary Suspension

mcw loging may temporarily suspend any account for investigation purposes or security reasons. During suspension, deposits, withdrawals, and betting will not be possible. After the investigation, a decision will be made to either restore the account or close it permanently.

Members' information is not sold to third parties. However, limited information may be shared with relevant authorities if required by law or for the prevention of fraud.
